At least two distinct map objects and two distinct normalised street-name hashes are required. Explicit foreign-country tags, ambiguous/placeholder postcode strings and post-box/post-office-only evidence are omitted. No street name, house number, coordinate, map object ID, consumer information or contributor identity is published. The prepared adapted reference has 1939 postcode rows. The postcodes.csv, evidence-counts.json and corresponding import.sql data rows are this adapted reference database, offered under ODbL 1.0. Retain attribution, licence and change information and comply with applicable database sharing requirements when sharing/adapting it. Other application code and private enquiry/CRM records are not published as part of this dataset. No OSM or Geofabrik endorsement is implied. This is community geographic-reference evidence, not authoritative current postal/address/property/installer verification. Missing or weak evidence remains UNKNOWN/Needs review, not invalid. nationalComplete=false must remain false. Before public use provide suitable visible OpenStreetMap attribution linked to the copyright/licence notice. The supplied import is inactive/unapproved and performs no source activation, form activation, CRM write, notification or deployment. The review-before date is a project freshness checkpoint, not a licence expiry. No per-enquiry query is sent to a map service.
